In brief the Leonardo satellite ( built and launched by Italian government but used in the main by the Vatican) was used as the pivotal link between China ( and other countries) to influence the voting machines in key states in the US. This has been uncovered by a human rights organisation. The culprit has offered his affidavit read by his lawyer. The video places this event in context and is a good snapshot IMO.
