Ascension symptoms is a popular subject. We wonder, is this (fill in the blank) an ascension symptom or an illness which needs healing? The ascension experience is different for everyone and symptoms can vary according to one’s individual degree of awareness, personal vibration, spiritual practice, individual lifestyle habits, and even the soul’s unique purpose on the planet during this time. As one shifts in vibrational frequency, and as their awareness expands, symptoms are experienced on the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual level. At our last Galactic Gathering, I asked, “OK, what are the ascension symptoms you are experiencing this last month?” First response was pain/tightness in the shoulder, neck and arms. Out of 20 women, 11 were experiencing this symptom. That’s when I know that it is ascension and not something more serious. Most complained about their upper arms being so sore along with extreme shoulder pain. Remember your body is clearing old energies and readjusting to new frequency patterns. The next ascension symptom we identified was extreme itching. Itching that occurs in a localized part of the body, such as the bottom of your legs or your scalp. For me it was my chin, neck, and upper chest. I’m delighted that I haven’t experienced this intense itching since Christmas. It seems to happen sporadically, or for a few minutes out of the blue, then suddenly stops. Many are also experiencing breakouts of acne or other skin conditions especially on the torso. As you know, Sheldan and I had this strange 3 week flu…only it has been over a month and we are not 100% back to healthy. We have been experiencing digestive issues. After talking to a few people and receiving an email asking about digestive issues I decided to ask Sheldan’s Sirian medical guide if what we were still thinking was from the flu was actually an ascension symptom. He replied, ASCENSION. Actually it was a relief to hear that. We both are experiencing acid reflux which neither one of us usually has. We also don’t feel like eating, we are not nauseous, we call it “funny tummy”. We’ve had this symptom before but it has been years since we have experienced it. |
